I went to change oil and filter for my Lexus transmission in Dexol Al Quoz. Amazing experience!!! Very professional and kind staff especially Mr. Dennis who was very helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10

Unfortunately couldn't do the service of my car with them as they are busy all the time and an appointment requires at least 5 days in advance. I prefer changing gear box oil and filter in other service centers which is more convenient to my schedule.

Very amazing service. Really professional! All the staff are knowledgeable about the cars and immediately knows what to do. A simple transmission fluid change only lasted an hour wherein other shops wanted me to leave the car to them. Would go back again!

Highly professional staff was able to answer all my questions in great detail and provide recommendations and advice. They performed transmission fluid and filter change, transfer case fluid change, and front&rear differential fluid change all in under 2hours. Highly recommended

Really good service!! I came in because some mechanic told me I had a \transmission issue \ in my jeep cherokee and the transmission has to be rebuild or replaced and would cost me around 8-10k and had to keep the car for 3 days , after asking around someone recommended dexol. They checked my jeep and said its just a solenoid issue and gave me a quote which was much cheaper than the other mechanic's I could say 80-90% cheaper, I gave the car around 4 and they fixed it and had it ready the next day morning at 11! All the staff are just amazing and best at their work I personally prefer Dennis. I would totally come back here, very profesional and good service.

They know their stuff. I would recommend anyone who has transmission issues with their car to go to these guys only. They are specialists and much much more economical than garages. Dennis was confident and great. An really happy that they fixed the issue with my car.
