A wonderful experience. Had really good programs outlined as well as the seating. The food had good varieties as well. The staff and crew are always there to cater to our needs. Had an awesome time overall. The dance variants area treat to the eyes

I had a blast with my friends. We got the gold package and had amazing seating. Be sure to book early to ensure confirmation. They were so nice and fun. Everyone of all ages and backgrounds joined together to celebrate the New Year. Thank you Mohammad for being a great host.

Just Cause

I booked using COBONE for a Christmas day Dhow cruise covering Dubai festival city which was supposed to include special Christmas cake, gift, fireworks and more, after visiting they suggested gift was only one per family which later changed to 'just for children' and we were still fine with that, but there was also no special Christmas cake as promised in voucher (Spoiler alert - special cake was the gift given to children which was a cadbury chocolate). You would think at least the cruise was pleasant, but no they seats for us was near the entrance to toilet and was stinking all through the cruise, they also sprayed freshener a couple of times that too after multiple requests. Wait, there's more, food was served first to upper deck and by the time it came to lower deck it was cold and barely all portions left. And as far as the fireworks go, they didn't even stop for it, we barely saw it from our bad seats. Honestly pay less and go for some other Dhow cruise and don't buy into the false promises.

The boat staff are very professional, the dinner is nice. The music, the view, and the air. Everything was perfect.... I highly recommend the cruise to tourist and business people from Rwanda.

Absolutely loved the ambience and service. It was very entertaining and the staff were very friendly. Food can be made better,but it was all worth the price.
