It is really good to see Sharjah stepping up their customer service. I have come here to do my covid test (after being in contact) and they were so nice and helpful. Finished everything faster than usual, everyone was helpful and pleasant. Can't thank you guys enough. May Allah bless the frontliners, you people deserve our respect and praise

Very bad service the Egyptian nurse who takes blood samples is very rude and keep favoring certain people and not following the ticket numbering. The information desk personnel said complains are to be kept in the suggestion box! Very disappointing experience in such a smart state!

Staff were chit chatting and made us stand for a long duration. They dont have any curtesy. They din't even care when we were waiting with small baby. Behaved rudely when we asked them to process our application.
