Quite disappointed! Credit card charged, order cancelled and no communication back! Definitely calling restaurants directly and deleting this app from here on!!!!

I wish this company would not be in JLT!!! They made a mess from cluster Y parkings with their constant motorcycle oil leakages. I don't know where to walk my dog, they are all the time occupying all the grass areas in clusters Y, X and even reached U. They leave trash and unfinished food on the grass all the time, most of them not all. JLT image is ruined by the presence of this company.

Not worth even one star! I got in an urgent meeting and wasn't able to take the call, in less than 10 minutes later I called the driver back, he did not respond then I called Deliveroo, they told me the driver left and he THROW AWAY MY FOOD!!! THROW AWAY!!! food worth over AED100!!! and they wouldn't refund! worst service ever! I will now deactivate the app and never use it ever again! I'm switching to Talabat.

Drivers have no idea of the locations, the app is not locating a building in the middle of JLT, support is just a joke.

TO BE WARNED: Never ever order from Deliveroo, they accept your order they kept you waiting, so you can not order from other other app, in the end you will be told the item is not available we are canceling your order, also delivery charges are too high start from 7aed and it goes up. Depends on your location. Its better to avoid.

Very awful service, order was 1 hr late (imagine), and there customer service insisted i take it, not even replying to my messages on time when it was late to place another order, really a big lose
