Hey, If you are searching for something particular for handmade jewelry. Or you want to spend some time in an interesting place. Well this is your place. This is my absolute favorite shop in the whole city, I have bought gifts from this shop many times for my friends and family members.
Yesterday I had a bad experience with them especially we are loyal customers but this branch in Dubai mall was my end point that let me to say that I will never ever visited them and buy from them because the Manager their he is so mean disrespectful for his customers he don’t care about the shop also the way of selling is very bad and the staff their is misleading because of the manager. Imagine lcrystal shop they don’t have a nice envelope to put the receipt no good welcoming and no hospitality. Any way my advice that this shop make your pressure got high so for me I will not recommend them since the prices is high and the management is awful. All the shops in Dubai mall high quality and professional companies and selling.

absolutely slow and inaccurate response from the Dubai Mall crustal Gallery Branch, they never call back to response your inquiry and there is very unprofessional staff working there!
