I have no issue with the shop or the availability of art materials. In fact, I've walked the whole mall looking for this shop in particular. But, I had a very negative interaction with the sales girl working on Friday 8-1-2021 at 1:30 PM. She was not cooperative at all, she kept answering my questions with one or two words, I felt she doesn't want to sell, nor she's interested in helping me with my queries. She didn't even bother to stand up and come to show me the available items, until I asked her would you help me? In the end, I lost interest in buying any of the available items because of her attitude!!
Not a good customer service and quality. Otherwise, nice shop.
I had a good experience here. Went in looking for fabric paint and the employees there were very helpful.
I always love the atmosphere that Canvas Art Stores (Dxb and Auh alike). Bery welcoming and cozy. Staff are also very helpful.
