the trip was good in general BUT - no good instructions - your quads are very old and partially broken no protections on the quads especially on the rear wheels!!! on one turn my foot got into the wheel and now I'm super handicapped and my foot got tiwsted! I'm injured and need to see a doctor! TORN LIGAMENTS!!! When I did a quad tour from another company, they had way better and bigger bikes that FEEL MORE SECURE AND MAINTAINED. WATCH OUT HERE AND GO WITH A BETTER COMPANY!!! They didn't want to cooperate or refund any money and took only cash. That's a TRAP

We did the 60 mins morning Quad tour and it was very nice. Made an appointment with Rubin on WhatsApp, really fast responses. We were picked up the next day at our hotel and had a smooth ride. In the desert we saw the sand dunes and camels. The tour guide was friendly and helped my girlfriend, who was a beginner. After that they brought us back with a coffee stop. I can recommend going here, real desert experience and friendly guys. Worth your money.

Rubin made it very easy to book and adjust our booking through WhatsApp. Our group had a wonderful time, as the team were very helpful and accommodating. We saw the sunset at around 5:30, over the stunning desert. They took us to an area where there were no other people around, so we were able to enjoy the calmness of the vast desert. Great experience overall, would 10/10 recommend it!

Awesome experience!!! Worth every penny. Booked an early morning tour for an hour, the staff were there on time, very helpful and friendly. Quad bikes were in good condition and had go pro mounts installed already. They showed us the ropes and we were off. The guide showed us the thrills, helped us get unstuck and even helped take pics. Beautiful scenery of the sunrise across the dunes. Even saw a camel train walking in-between the dunes. I'm definitely coming back.

I had a really great experience with Big Red Quad Bike Rental. They arranged transport from my hotel to the desert, and provided a great guide to ensure I didn't get lost in the desert. More importantly, the guide could tell that I was an experienced rider and allowed me to "push the envelope." A proper adventure was had. Cheers.
