He sent me a new mattress to try out at home to make up mind after the sale... eventually, I kept the first mattress, just needed a couple of days to adjust and it was heavenly... thank you Merin for the top service

I recommend everyone looking for great mattress with affordable price and superb quality to deal with them. It's true they do not have showroom in Dubai,but you guys can deal with them online without getting worried. I got a mattress from them online after a month i found out it's too soft and cause me some back pain, i contact them and without any headaches they changed it for me with another type of mattress (medium soft) which gave me more comfort. in short i am so happy about their service. Delivery is so fast within one day the mattress was on my bed

Brilliant customer service and good quality mattress..! The showroom is on the 11th floor of a building which is residential or looks like residential, so don't think it's not there. It's there. Staff was very helpful. He even offered me to buy and try and if not happy they will make it more firmer by adding a layer. Eventually, I bought a pocket spring mattress, it's good as it should be, maybe a bit more firmer would have been the best. Unfortunately when I called back they told me that they can't change firmness of spring mattress, they could have done it if it was foam mattress by adding a layer or some other adjustment. Tough. To end it on a positive note, I ordered the wrong size by mistake and it was smaller than the bed. They immediately replaced it with the right size at no cost. It was my fault and I had opened that wrong size packing as well. Simply amazing customer service. Really impressed, highly recommending it to my friends and fmaily.
