I have bought a free standing bathtub with customized holes for the mixtures for the amount of 8000 AED and I received the bathtub with scratches all around it..... Bagnodesign refused to exchange it and keep in mind that I bought it in October and still I have not had this issue resolved. The salesperson completely disregarded the issue and took no responsibility or accountability of this problem.
