Absolutely horrendous experience. After almost a two hour delay in receiving the car, I received it in a very bad state. Carpets were filthy! and full of stains as you can see from the picture. After returning it, I was charges with AED 36.60 for 1 Salik CROSSING!!! when I ask their call centre for a breakdown, they tell me they do not have the information!! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Very helpful and convenient. Any visitors be aware of the traffic speeds on the roads you travel because the cameras are very effective, and the tickets very expensive. I got 3 tickets in my first 45 minutes. If you get enough tickets your driving privileges can actually be revoked during your stay.

An avis rent a car guy was so nice i gave him a tip for that i was lost in the airport but he guided me and gave a good information about Dubai airport. Where to eat, restrooms, flight details in the monitor. He really went with me to the food hall and made sure i get rest and eat. What an incredible guy. Nice customer service indeed.

very bad service , i book the car before 2 week of trip & it was confirme , when i came to counter i wait 1 hours becuase only one pirson on office , i give him confirmation no. & his said there is no car available !! the offer me small car or wait untill tommorow ! i wait until next day but also the car not arrived & thecsaid it will not be available & need to cancel !!!!! don,t rent car from this company !
