It's quite ironic, the name of the school is \creative\ while it's a cemetery for creative students. I still cannot believe that my son earned \71\ on his math test, even though he's super smart.. Although they fired the teacher but my son still has not gotten over it!! They keep telling us my son is the best in the class but the report is not reflecting their comment.

We are amazed of the way they are welcoming the new students to begin the studying year! From the time we received email before it’s starts, they informed us who will teach our son in this year. Then I received a call from Arabic teacher also to let me know who is she and that my son will learn Arabic with her! Moreover registration section double check with us about attending the first day, it was super awesome. Hopefully this year will be good with ACS.

Worst School in Dubai, All the good reviews written are by teachers or paid reviews, if there is a rating of zero stars or negative stars I would pick it for this school, I have pulled out the kids after 2 weeks of horrible experience, the below is a summary of my major points: 1. School fee structure is deceiving, many items are added on top of the school fees e.g. book fees, registration fees, exam fees, etc. as if they are optional,l which they are not, compared to other schools which are very clear and have lump sum amount of the total fees in the fees structure. 2. School uniform is a very low quality, and over priced, more than double the prices compared to other schools. 3. Not allowing to wear shorts during PE/ sports activities, they are still kids and they can’t wear pants during the hot weather. 4. No communication about the guidelines of the kids’ first day, and no one shared the class details before the school first day. 5. The class has 32 students in grade 3, during registration they told us that the class will not accept more that 22, they will arrange for adding one more class during this month, however the staff mentioned no dates is confirmed yet, that should have been clearly communicated to parents before the first day. 6. No one is helping or guiding us on our first day, just standing greeting and talking to each other, leaving parents and kids frustrated specially the new comers. 7. Sending us emails with many spelling mistakes and unstructured sentences, making us doubtful about the level of proficiency within the staff and admin team. 8. Grade 3 students are requested to wear Islamic swimsuit which is not convenient to their age. 9. Vice principle talking with grade 5 about what scores they need to get to enter college. 10. Wrong absence records. 11. Portal doesn’t have canteen records.

I love the school. Very good learning environment. Teachers are so cooperative and I can see my daughter progress. The school keeps improving and I can see it as one of the leading American schools in the near future.
