The staff are amazing and so caring. Dr. Samad is a great asset for this clinic. He is super caring and treat every patient from his heart. We are very fortunate to have such a caring and loving doctor in AL ain.

They used to have good doctors once upon a time, now they are unprofessional, negligent and most likely unqualified \doctors\. All of the old staff have left, and it is no coincidence they have changed their company name so many times. They give wrong and bad advise. Ironically they have a lot of equipment but they don't know how to understand the results of the equipments properly such as blood tests and ultrasound results. Everything they do is to ultimately to make money before actually caring about the animals. Would strongly suggest to avoid. This review is at the cost of the life of my cat who should still be alive today

Kept my kitten with them for a week because he had a lung infection. When I called them they said he's all better now but I can't take him because the doctor wasn't there. So I went the next day and my kitten was barley breathing. Never leave you're pets with them unless you want them euthanized, because that's their specialty.
