A very poor customer service experience indeed! A simple event yet poorly managed. They were recommended to us by The Act Hotel. Mr. Khalid was the assigned manager....who was pathetic. Didn't know how to talk, didn't do anything to manage anything. Same applies for the incompetent Hatem and Ahmed. They were all useless. We were promised that decoration would start at 12pm. But they arrived at venue at 3.35pm. Myself and my entire family had to work with their team to get the place ready. When our guests started arriving, the setup was still in progress. Stay away from these guys! They think they can get away with anything. Horrible!

If you are here by referral of Ramada or any other hotel you're planning to host your wedding, Please do yourself a favor and find somebody else to provide Video/Photo and DJ services. I agree with all the negative reviews here. These people doesn't know even the basics about photography/videography. The video quality is 480p at it's best and I'm not exaggerating. I've taken better footage using GoPro. Quality is BAD and you might have a hard time believing this was taken in 2019. Probably they have ancient equipment. Same goes with Photos, although they have DSLRs, definitely not full frame. Video editing is a whole different story altogether, Probably a kid used windows movie maker to edit the footage. Photos are printed on cheap paper, my childhood photos are printed on better paper. The album looks good on first glance, but it's all paper and polythene film. Even if you're being offered their services as complimentary, don't accept it. Please go and find professionals. Just remember that you can't recreate your wedding day just because the camera crew messed up.

I had the worst experience with this company they ruined my wedding day.. worst service ever & very unprofessional!! The lady who was suppose to help me and guide me through my wedding night never showed up she didn’t come up to my room before the wedding to check if everything is going as planned she never spoke to me before or during the wedding not even once.. I stood at my wedding confused people running around looking for our wedding rings. Their dj fought with my husband’s family for whatever reason, he rudely came up to our hotel room the night of the wedding to complain about my husband’s family!! A month later they told me my photos are ready and that I should come collect them alone WITHOUT my husband!! I sent my brother to collect the photos only to tell my brother that they are closed (they didn’t tell me what time I should collect my photos so I assumed that they are open at 2pm) however I requested that they should send someone to deliver my photos to me as a good gesture because they messed up my whole wedding they said no lol. What a waste of money and a horrible memory that I will have for the rest of my life. I dont recommend dealing with this company at all.
