Sheikh Zayed branch is very busy and the staff does not listen what requirements I had when I called to book for service,hence when I brought my car for service I had issues. Package contracts are disaster -they take your money and the quality of the service after that is not good at all. Spare parts when car is still in warranty are not available for replacement. I can go on and on..... On the contrary, I am very happy with Charlotte from DIP Mitsubishi service center,she does take ownership and goes the extra mile,the DIP center is not as busy and staff has always been delivering the expectations. Even if there has been an issue with my car,they did rectify it at the soonest.

Overall bad impression. Aproaching the service you wonder if you are on the right place as you meet with empty yard with torn parking shades and some crashed dusty vehicles inside. I was asked for AED250 VAT in order for the service file to be transferred from the previous car owner's to my name. The car was delivered with oiled steering wheel, door handle and even door fabric uholstery. Simply unbelievable considering the amount Of cars Al Habtoor is seling.

Timely service, professional and courteous staff, the center can do with some renovation to bring the place up to date. Just used their services to change the timing belt and few extras and was happy to receive a good discount on the parts and service.

Good service. High prices of spare parts compared to other workshops providing original parts. Also labor is not cheap. But a trusted service.

Parts department line no answer to my 5 call attempts in a row, but left my no. with friendly main switchboard and Parts dept. did call back within 5 mins. Al Habtoor sells the tow bars for Pajeros, but, unfortunately, doesn't sell the wiring harness to install socket on tow bar for connecting trailer lights. :(

Good job, but full 2 days for a service check are too many. In Europe the recurring maintenance service is max 1 day.
