A bunch of towers. Neatness in average. Rooms are not that so spacious. But ok. A huge building needs more care and managing system to keep heighgene. A professional gym is working in this building. Groceries and shops are available.

Very bad worst building. We are suffering most of the time on Summer Coz our Air con was s always busted eventhough its Central ( if we call to fix.. Its on our expense so we are suffering. Evrytime there is a problem and we have to pay from own pocket. The walls are very bad too, paints are coming out pieces by pieces.. When u clean the floor only the paints are in my dustpan. My kitchen sink are always blocked and whenever we call for maintenance we have to pay. Plus the ceiling are falling. No free parking even for one car. Indoor Parking is 1600 Dhs a year. N lots of parking spaces available Coz nobody wants to pay that much. With all the experience we had on this building A3, we decided not to renew at all N moved to another place. We don't recommend this building at all.

Stayed in A6 6th floor and we experienced so much of paranoid activities and that time even our flat owner didn't believe, but once we left and the next day few people came for maintenance and they felt the same, that time my owner called me up asked about our experience while living there.. Now one of the maintenance guy fell sick with severe fever after the incident..

The Maintenance is way improved than before, the buildings have CCTV surveillance system now and good number of security guys The most nice is the playground that is available inside, good place for families

Ajman pearl towers are basically 10 buildings located on ajman corniche road. The various floor buildings have nice garden in sitting place between the buildings. Sufficient playing area for kids where multiple swings and slides are placed. Rates are fine. Security available separately for each building. Buildings have outside free parking as well as inside paid parking dedicated floors. Various grocery-shop, saloons, restaurants are close to the buildings.

it is worst experience living in these building, Worst building in Ajman, Bad place to live, cheap, dirty and horrible maintenance, day first we got the problems in the flat ceiling leakages and worst maintenance and some irresponsible real estate offices are here they are not responding our problems cheap materials used...Whole building built on cheap materials, FEWA is too much expensive in the buildings
