Bad experience... Just last night I have seen the studio and on immediate day I have cancelled my meeting and went Notting hill real estate. But after going there a lady told me that she will discuss with manager and let you know the final price and then she convey message saying that it's already sold. The point here is I have messaged that lady in early morning that I am coming to ajman office. She didn't bother to reply and get prepare all formalities. Completely unorganised

Dishonest agents, will do anything to try to sell even if it means concealing information. They tried to sell me a place saying that its rented by a family therefore we cant see it. After insisting to see it, it was occupied by 4 bachelors and the place was a dump. Highly not recommended!
