Worst service, pathetic , for 1 minute job takes so much time. Talking to each other, with mobile phones , wastes customer time. Arrogant ppl higher staff should monitor there activities by going through the cameras. Do not say the requirements in 1st instance make us run around multiple times.

Very poorly managed with rude staff and rude branch manager people here aren’t up to any standards in terms of competence it takes 1 hour to get a simple paper printed.

Very bad service, took a ticket in 12 and get my turn at 5,30. From 4 counters only one is working with customers others are doing other work the papers... the worst service

Worst customer service ever. Overcrowded, understaffed. They give you a number and ask you to wait, others just go straight tp the counter with no regards to the qumatic system. Also the VIP excuse is just BS , a separate counter should be there for them.
