I shifted in tower A in Oct 2020 after making contract with owner. After shifting I found AC not working, water leakage from washing machine tap, water leakage from upper floor in to my bathroom (which remain unresolved for 2 months), kitchen chimney not working, some light bulbs not working. I struggled a lot to get things repaired from owner. Still for some issues, i had to spend from my own pocket as owner was not responsive to all issues. Please ensure everything is in working condition before shifting or making contract papers. Surrounding area is good as u find many supermarkets within 2 minutes walkable reach.

A residential and commercial building located just 2 minutes from Nesto. There are four blocks. Majority of the apartments are leased for sharing accommodation. In the basement there is Ajman Cooperative Supermarket and Stores like Chickings, Ammis Pasteries etc.

Be careful when dealing with the real estate agents of this building. They will loot you. I am warning please be very careful. I cant believe this is happening in UAE. The building maintenance is horrible. Leakage everywhere. I regret shifting here. Waiting for the contract to end.

If I could give this building less than star I would do it. This building is the worst place to live, the maintainance is extremely poor, insects every where, leakage from inside the apartment and outside and Noone cares to fix it. I stayed there for 3 months and I left it very dangerous for my baby girl live there. DON'T BE DECEIVED BY THE SEA VIEW, IT'S WORTHLESS

Beware tenants and property agents: Tower B 2111 The owner is very cunning and do not fall prey to his high rise sea view...he will try to take all you security deposit and full year rent when you vacate. This is from personal experience. He does not pay maintenance bills on time and the tenant end up not having AC in the house. He will make you pay for his dues with the various authorities and make you do all that he is supposed to do. Even after repairing the apartment to its original condition and all previous faults, he encased the security deposit without informing and now not picking up the phone. That’s why he does not go through normal agents because he cannot do these things with agency So, make sure you are protected and avoid staying in B-2111 in horizon tower.
