This smartly designed car park has a one way exit from the highway leading to a trap, if you take the wrong exit you go through a tunnel and you have to pay 30 AED to get out which is the minimum fee (reversing is illegal and you will get a 500 AED fine)... I don't know if it is legal to build a parking in such a way (at least there should be a o exit\ sign to inform drivers), but definitely not ethical in my opinion. Money well earned gentlemen...!
