Good location, easy to find with parking. Welcoming receptionist. I had there MRI examination, Lady Technician and nurse Diana very nice and professional. They informed me how the procedure looks like and what should I expect. Punctual and professional. Interior needs to be redecorated.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Ms. Dianna's professionalism and excellent service exceeded my expectations. Attended this clinic for my newborns Uss of his hips It’s a lovely villa exterior is very plush with a nice little garden for children to play in with some outdoor toys and ample Parking on site Easily located in JUmeirah road and accessible Gadah the receptionist was very welcoming and assisted me with the baby and my bags Plus side is the clinic has stairs and a loft so disability access with strollers etc is possible Toilets are clean The clinic itself is clean Decorum is a little outdated giving the grandiosity of the exterior but it’s still nice for a clinic I was attended to almost immediately and had radiologist give a verbal report onsite with the sonographer Amor who was also very kind and friendly The staff were all wonderful and cannot fault the service everyone was very accommodating and happy to assist me with the baby Would recommend the place esp as a dr myself in terms of the facilities on site and the service

A very irresponsible company. As an imaging company, they are expected to have a proper archive of every image of the patients. When I asked them to provide me with a copy pf my image which was done in 2016, they proudly responded that they have lost it in transition of the softwares, and they can not retrieve it anymore. it took them a week to give me such reply which by itself is not acceptable.

i came 30 minutes before my appointment and i waited for more than 1 hour after my appointment Time .. they told me to wait just for just 10 minutes and after 45 minutes of waiting , they asked me again to wait for another 5 minutes ... they wasted my Time waiting for more than hour .. no respect to the Time .. and i decided to refund and leave ..

Horrible. Fancy villa but cheap equipment & unprofessional services. Appointment/customer management system doesnt exist i believe, I assume they manage patients from notebooks. I did 20 weeks pregnancy abnormality scan - the room was small, screen not visible. Felt like in a cheap karama clinic. Doctor rushed, wasnt interested in me or my baby. Would never go back & recommend others to stay away.

The location on map is accurate and the staff are very professional and quite helpful! One advice to the management is tone the decoration a bit as it can across as tacky!
