The worst company that I dealt with so far. Very ignorant people, disrespectful and dishonest . Imagine I went there to talk to them about my villa project and they promised me to make an AC design but they didn’t. I contacted them several times and they kept promising me to make the design but at the end they stopped answering my emails and phone calls

Very poor service of warranty, bought a ducted split ac from them and just within few weeks the pcb got burned and when I went to warranty for replacement they made me wait 7 hours saying that they are waiting for approval even when I had clear documents of warranty and I could claim it. In the end I purchased a new pcb as I was getting late.
