Very annoying of how one orders food in the restaurant. In the name of social distancing the server didn’t take my order in person while I was the only one there. Forced me to order online while I am sitting in the Restuarant and was literally next to me 1 foot away not 6 ft. Seems they are most interested in personal data gathering my data need than my order. Not a cool way to creat a good experience.

One of very few eatery that is not busy in Galleria. Staffs are welcoming and friendly but burgers are just average and the worst thing is that there is no consistent taste and quality. Very different experience from other Shake Shack. I just wish there is five guys here.

Last Friday i ate from the Galleria mall almaryah island, it was too bad, and the taste was horrible, even the bread looks like its not fresh at all. So shocked!

Ramadan joke... This is not a review of this particular Shake Shack restaurant but to all Shake Shake in UAE: how can you sell a Ramadan box which costs the same price compared to buying each items separately?? There is not even a free add-on As for the quality of the food, burgers are freshly made from the ground up but can be greasy so it depends on your personal preference, but then the fries are frozen but they still charge you 20aed for it
