To be in a club and in a male-dominated sport, I never felt intimidated. PBS has a warm and friendly atmosphere with professional coaches. Classes are well-structured and accommodate all levels. I would highly recommend PBS whether if you want to learn boxing or if you want to improve your boxing skills/techniques. Either way, you'll still get a great workout!

It is my first time ever boxing and I felt welcome from the first day. Coach Luci helps you progress fast and has fantastic knowledge of the sport. The sessions are challenging but you feel like a new person once it’s over. Always learning and each session is always different. Everything is professional and everyone supports one another. Great sporting environment
Mr. Lucian is a great coach, has patience, and gives a lot of individual attention. Old school traditional boxing style. A session there gives you both a great workout, technique, and a good little sparring session. Can highly recommend. But everyone shouldn’t go because if overbooked I can’t go .
Having spent a lot of time trailing and testing different boxing gyms in the UAE this gym is by far the best! Luci the coach is impeccable. Luci really knows his stuff when it comes to boxing/martial arts and puts 100% into everyone who comes into the gym. Boxing by nature is an intimidating game. Luci breaks down this perception and welcomes all new students like family. PBS caters for beginners to advanced in a way that ensures progression. Highly recommended!
