Called to make a reservation, one day ahead of time, for the beach club. The reservation was confirmed in the afternoon. At 21:30, on weekend day, I get call from the call center informing that they are out of places. I tried to reason with the person and asked how was this decided? In my opinion they just made "Room" for other guests they want to accommodate. I hope this message and review serves as deterrent and precaution to whomever is looking to book at this venue.
