I use this post office service regularly as I have a PO Box there and often order things online with the collection from there. All staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. Very good level of customer service.

I sent a post to canada 1 week back now when i tracked the post with the tracking number it just mentioned the date of departure .... nothing more about the whereabouts, when i called postal help line they said it was sent the next day thats all. I paid 120 dhs for just a document to be sent and the CS lady to be that i have to request for an update, i am shocked, i wouldn't have given even one star to emirates postal services. Its so DISSAPOINTING.
