I have sent my cargo on 18 jan through sea cargo to Mumbai and cochin and still have not received it. They don't reply on wts app. They don't pick up the call. They are saying it's stuck at Mumbai port customs. Don't know if they are telling the truth. I don't know where the cargo is. They promised that my cargo will reach in 40 days. Hope I will get my cargo in good condition and all boxes. Worse service ever. I asked them for AWB no to get my cargo out as I hv a friend in customs they are not giving. Dunno what is wrong with these ppl.kindlyrequest the higher authorities to look into the matter...and proper customer care to be taken.

Worst experience ever!!!got my shipment stuck since jan 21...the only feedback is “shipment stuck at customs”...its been over 4 months we receive the same feedback from usood cargo...until today there is no favorable update...my suggestion to all is if u really need ua items please do not use cargo as a method of shipment as you may end up like me waiting for shipment over 4 months...And on top of this waiting there is no update from cargo unless we followup!!! Extremely dissatisfied!!!

i am very happy to say al usood cargo they did good job, I send one jumbo box its come good condition there is no damages and i want say thanks to sajeesh who coordinate me to arrange all , he is very friendly and helpful also ,he did a great job!
