One of the worst metal fabrication and customer service I have ever dealt with in Dubai Purchased bifold doors in hopes of quality and price. Neither are up to par. Calls go unanswered, once the money is in their pocket they delay and never answer calls. They sent the team 7 times to try and install only to find one problem after the other. Most of the issues are related to the quality of their fabrication Visiting their factory would give you a clear idea about what to expect. See for yourself I did not bother asking for references beyond the pictures they carry around on their phone. BIG MISTAKE, after contacting the customers to get their feedback I discovered that even long standing customers are now having similar issues with quality and customer service Leaking windows, dirt/dust/grime inside the glass, doors jamming, rust and locks not working or doors properly folding. Worst part, customer service and support is none-existent Avoid and find yourself a better company..
