I think 1 star is too good for Al Ain mineral water. I had horror story with them. The sales man is supposed to come every Monday - he does not. Whenever I reach to the call center they say they escalated the issue and the supervisor will take immediate action against the sales man and the delivery will be done the same - it wasn't. I did not complain one time. I complained more than 3 times this week and the sales man still doesn't come. Avoid at all cost.

not delivering water on schedule, worst customer service ever, been calling for 1 month to follow up on the cancellation , customer service assistants, supervisor, manager not doing their job or calling to inform me … they just promise, assure but nothing happens It is unprecedented how they treat clients! I highly recommend anyone to stay away from this company, save your nerves and money nestle is an excellent provider there is no star for them but you could not post your review if you do not select one :(((

Negative stars if I had the option. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I am now into week 4 of waiting for my water delivery. The call center assures me I’ll get my water “today” and yet I find myself still buying water bottles from Spinneys. I subscribed to their water so I could cut down my plastic consumption, alas, no such luck. It is ridiculous that I have to beg them to provide a service which I have already paid for!!!

One star is way too much for them, rubbish call centre, false promises to solve deliveries and wrong deduction, can’t wait till the morning to close my account. Don’t waste your time and effort to sign with them.

worst customer service ever, I complain about water quality it was very bitter taste of water, I called customer service they promised to replace the bad water bottles with new bottles, no one came to change the bottles, been calling for 1 month to follow up on the cancellation, customer service assistants, supervisor, manager not doing their job or calling to inform me … they just promise, assure but nothing happens It is unprecedented how they treat clients! I highly recommend anyone to stay away from this company, save your nerves and money. Agthia is a big group but it is such a shame that they provide 3rd class pathetic customer service.....

Can not give below 1 star so giving this. Worst water delivery service in international city. They don’t follow schedule. From the day I joined it I had so many issues. They always give different reasons for 2 consecutive days said that truck is breakdown. Some times they will keep saying you will get water tomorrow. Some drivers are very rude. They will keep changing delivery drivers. I suffered a lot . Complained lot of time but no action. Also contacted them on Twitter so many times no reply. Really need some improvements. And then they say we have to utilize full amount if we want to leave.

I have very bad experience with Alin Water company - Agthia for the house delivery services. They concisely overcharge your e-wallet with no sense, they keep ignoring your feedback through their customer service. I recommend for any customer to audit the transactions and the amount they charge you to be sure you are not overcharged

Terrible terrible costumer service and such a big liers. I called them on Monday and they said within 24 hours you will get the water. Finally on Thursday and after many calls call center said tomorrow is holiday and we deliver the water on Saturday. They stuck me at home every day and saying driver is coming and we make note. But water never came. So I canceled my order. Please never ever order water from such a big lier company.
