The gentleman there, claiming as some development manager does not know how to talk to customers and even had the audacity to make fun of my business partner, the owner of the company, when enquiring about their products. He was probably having a good laugh but we weren't. The inquiry given to him has been recalled and diverted it to alternate supplier. Please re-train and get employees like these some phone etiquette before allowing to deal in the field. Never going back to Unipack, due to this immaturity witnessed today.
