I called them in advance to make a booking for gel polish removal, specified i want machine removal, they confirmed they have machine. When i came, it was only one staff there who was not aware of my booking. Luckily it was empty, but when i asked the machine removal she said:” i am not professional, it will hurt, is it ok”. Of course it is not ok, it must not hurt. if not professional why to work there at all. I refused from such service. At least the room was clean, dont know about the instruments.

This place is clean but they are very unprofessional. Some of the staff(Philipino staff) they ignore you & try give service to the Arabic speaking customers before you ( if you are not Arabic & you are Indian), even if you are a regular customer they don’t care. I hate their service attitude... if you take packages then some staff don’t prioritize your service request. They should mention some of the services are not available on certain days... Everytime I try them, this philipino staff pisses me off... some of the Arabic speaking staff are good but this philipino female in particular is very annoying... even when it’s not busy, some them don’t prefer to work for non Arabic speakers...

I would never recommend anybody to go there for hair color services bcz unfortunately I went there for that. I already had a brown hair color with blonde highlights , I told the owner that I wanted to change the look n want all my hair in blonde color, first she told me that the blonde color I was choosing will come out almost like white so I should better go with a bit dark shade so I told her another medium blonde. Then she recommend me that as my hair were dry n damaged so it would be better if took biotin treatment n she gave me a price of 1800 dirham in total for both services. After 3 hours of hair torture ( cuz they broke so much hair while combing n drying n straightening ) I got even a darker shade than what I already had. I told her that this was not the color I asked for but she said that I chose the same color then I asked for samples n told her that I asked for lighter still she said no. Then I said y I wasted my more than three hours to get that dark brown shade, even when I entered the salon I told that I wanted a blonde color on my full head then she said that was not possible as my hair would have got too much damaged , I said u should have told me that in the beginning . Anyways they did biotin again so that my hair color went light brown and biotin was such a torture to my already damaged hair. When I left the salon she asked me to pay 2000 as she was giving me a shampoo n conditioner that I must have to use after biotin treatment. I said 1800 was the agreed price but she said the shampoo n conditioner r for 200. I learned my lesson n would never go there again.
Every time different price. And this is so high for sharjah
