Very irresponsible and totally unprofessional attitude at the service center. I got a call from the toyota call center telling me that there is a car service offer currently runing after confirming my car details, asking if I want to take advantage of this offer, so I told ok, book me an appointment. I went according to my appointment two days later where I had to wait for almost 30 minutes although I went on time, and finally they told me that my car is not entitled for this offer as my is not older than 5 years and this offer is for cars older than 5 years !!!!!!!!! So aren't you the one who called me to tell that there is an offer after confirming my car details, then suddenly my car is not entitled when I go to the service center !!!!!! so I only wasted my time dealing with those guys. I made a complain number 942709 and no one even bothered to call me back !!!!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever i sow, was there about 45 minutes not even one sales man come to help. Even when i went them they said we will be back to you. Toyota has good cars but in this showroom they have bad costumer service
