Poor maintainence. Repairs in your home here will take weeks for getting done. Maintainence guys of building don't know their work. The entire kitchen cabinet fell down, thankfully we escaped with just a small scratch. Had it fallen on our head we could have lost our lives. This was 2months back. Till today I'm trying to get it repaired completely. The washroom flush isn't working properly since 8months. Maintainence guy says he can't repair it, it's beyond his expertise. The building manager was told clearly to send a plumber, but like I said it didn't happen. In short horrible maintainence.
