I used to do my haircut, protein, waxing and manicure/pedicure in King Faisal branch. Their service is really amazing. The staffs are also so accommodating, warmth and respectful. Today I came back for my nail cleaning but to my surprise when I entered in the saloon it seems there was no AC on, as it is warm same as the outside. I was sweating all over my face while walking from my house going to the saloon. What I am expecting is being inside the saloon is a pure relief from the hot temperature outside. The nails section said the AC is on but not sure why it isn't that cold. So they provided us an electric fan just to make me comfortable. I hope the top management will look unto this matter.

It was my first time going to this salon and wouldn't be the last. Got balayage done to my hair and also got gel mani, pedi, threaded brows and upper lip done at the same time! Many thanks to my fellow Filipina ladies! You did an amazing job! Thank you!
Great place to pamper yourself. Ms.Joy was great, it was worth spending hours as you come out completely clean and neat.
Very poor..protein treatment which costed around 1100 aed did not even last for a day....my hair only stayed straight for a day..if they dont know what is hair protein treatment let them not do it...

Terrible haircut! I had long hair and I wanted a short bob haircut They suggested their best hairstylist named ‘flore’ . I clearly showed pictures of the hair cut I wanted and after the haircut and blow dry I felt it was fine. But when I got home I checked the back of the bob which she did not show me. And the layers were uneven. It looks like an amateur cut it. My hair is ruined now. I’m so depressed and I’ve to wait for my hair to grow out to cut the uneven part off. I’ll never go to this parlor again. The parlor was also crowded and no social distancing was maintained.
