Better experience than average score suggests I've ordered pizza dlivery in London at about 13 PM. Couple of minutes later I was horrified, as I've found this page and read the reviews. Expecting the worst, I was waiting for the delivery. The delivery was in time, about 25-ish minutes after ordering online. Pizzas themselves(I've ordered two large ones) were perfectly fine too. Everything went without a hitch and my impression is that most satisfied customers just don't write reviews while dissatisfied ones rightfully do.

Everything is perfect there i.e food, ambiance, staff. We usually visit there twice a month as it’s a favorite chain for us in the Pizza category. One suggestion that please extend the salad variety rest is perfect. Thank you {Pizzahut}

Poor managing.. online orders are given preference than direct take aways.. kept me waiting for 1 and half hour and after multiple complaints manager went inside to find no action on my order was taken.
I am a customer here i tried all ways of getting food from here as dinning in ,takeaways or delivery. All was good and rarly get a problem. But i am putting my review to thank Joan the branch supervisor for her help, she is very helpful and kind. Thanks guys

Verry bad service staffs are not cooperative with customers, I was there today to place order for LIMO they ask me to wait 1 hour ( I know that’s more than the usual time ) after I accepting the time and pace the order Then they are trying to avoid to take the order They said you may go and comeback after 40 minutes then place the order I said what’s the difference I am willing to pay the bill now and I will comeback , they said no I have to go and come back and place the order then they will give in 15 minutes As I know now what’s they plan they don’t want to sell the LIMO and convert the costomer to typical pizza It’s a verry bad service They don’t want to give the
