The worst and absolutely horrible customer service. i call to ask for delivery, and they said they will delivery in the following day. no one came, and again i called and Mr. Mustafa who answer and said they will deliver before 5pm. again no one came, for the 3rd time i called and they said i did not place an order. Are you joking? You guys do your work o what? I strongly recommend you, go for any other company.

a month ago my whole family went with this water and even my daughter is 3 months old who only drinks aptomil. After the 5th call, they just came to change the water bottle, they still haven't provided a report on the composition of the water. We just take antibiotics with the newborn, because they didn't provide any report about virus on the water since government authorities have to check quality of its water the leaders of this company don't care about people's health. UAE Ministry of Health should test this water well

Nestle Dubai - their delivery guys are very rude. They didnt even have the courtesy to replace the empty bottle on the machine. They just throw away the bottle and just leave. Expecting better service from brand Nestle.

Delivery always missed. Takes ages to speak to someone. The worst customer service ever. They left me without water for 2 times out of 5 orders. Dont go with them

Terrible service. They insist on ringing your door bell in the very early hours of the morning on public holidays to ruin the entire day! Even when there is no empty bottle outside. Very intrusive. Will discontinue the service and throw away my purchased vouchers.

Worst water delievery ever! Bottle leakage, agents reply the following day, I regret buying the coupon. You can't order if you don't buy the coupons. They never deliver on what was agreed on. Always delayed! I suggest they just close the whole thing. Useless company!
