Thank you so much Medcare Hospital Sharjah. I had the most amazing Hydra-facial. Great results, glowing & soft skin which I always dream of. Excellent experience. ️️ All process from booking till I got my Treatment was really fast. All the staff were so helpful & friendly. Sister Crystal has done a great job to my face. I really recommend this Hospital. Everything is so high & standard.

Worst service ever ... the coordination between information call center and hospital is absent.. I had called to ask if I can go for covid 19 test as a walk-in and they said is fine and available 24x7 while reaching the hospital I was informed that is from 8am to 8pm and was told to opt for at home test service ... this happened on previous visit as well where I was told the price for a test is 250 and then when I visited hospital to reconfirm I was told that the price was 150 and 100 was for a doctors consultation which I was booked for without my consent.. their service is horrible and nothing premium as they claim... if you want to run around in circles and waste time I would highly recommend it !!!

The nurses are amazing, the house keeping , as well as the dining service ! We stayed for over a week which we found unnecessary the psychiatrist was letting us stay for so long and she barely made long visits. I’m glad we left . Not gonna lie the patient did get sort of better so it’s okay.

I got an appointment 1 week ago at 1 pm, now is is 1:50 and still waiting, you need to respect your clients timings. Plus you need to pay 50 AED to open a file!!! Update: After i felt that the management care about their customers. I am changing my rating from 1* to 3*. Thank you for contacting me to know the exact issue. But the 50aed to open the file is not helping me to add more stars, since i knew that some people who argue with the reception are not paying. We are paying to use the hospital facilities and it will be our hospital to visit in case of need. So why you are charging and other hospitals are not!! So, If you look at it as a “business” and seeking “customers loyalty” you need to remove the charge. (Which it shouldn’t be since it is a hospital not a hotel) I will follow up with other new patients in the future to see if the charge will stay.

Dear I am taking this time through email to express my frustration and discontent with the poor customer service I witnessed today at Medcare Sharjah; I have called your call center to get an appointment to do a test for COVID-19 and have been given an appointment today at 5.45 PM. I was on time for the appointment, headed to the reception where, and at my surprise, they told me you are on the waiting list! I have asked to talk to the Duty Operations Manager in order to file a complaint, but he refused to support me and put the blame on the call center saying ‘it is not his fault it is their fault’! I have even asked for his business card and he refused also to give it. In addition to that, I called the call center and asked to talk to their supervisor to complain but he also refused to talk to me! Then I had to wait for almost 50 mins to do the test while I booked a specific time through the call center. I am a regular customer myself and my family of Medcare hospitals and especially Medcare Sharjah and that is why I felt extremely disheartening and so concerned by the level of unprofessionalism & impoliteness your staff have shown today. I trust that this is not the way that Medcare Hospitals wish to be ‘promoted’ as a hospital aiming always to give the best experience to their patients. In a sector like the Healthcare, where word-of-mouth is the most efficient way to get ‘ clients’, a small unpleasant incident reported by a customer can have its heavy consequences on the reputation of the hospital. Patients are the spine of your work and they deserve respect and kindness. I am sure you will take action on this.

Staff are not professional at all!! Service very bad!!! The person who is setting at the emergency reception has a very bad attitude. If I am visiting the hospital I am expecting someone to take care of me not a person treating me and others in a very irrespective way . The emergency full of people who has a Covid-19 symptoms and no one cares about them, I didn’t see any single nurse calling any of the patients who is waiting outside for a long time !!!

5 Stars indeed but they probably deserve more. The Services we received in Medcare were truly exceptional and beyond excellent. Very friendly staff and nurses, who explained all the steps and answered all our questions. We barley waited before we got the right help throughout the whole vaccination procedure. Highly recommending Medcare for their outstanding care
