One of the worst salon experience I've had in the UAE. After I confirmed my appointment the day before, and I arrived to the salon for my appointment they told me I didn't have an appointment. Once I reached and showed them my extentions, they said they cannot do it coz it's not bought from their store. I asked them why didn't they mention it over the phone, they said they should have. They refused to help me and clip them in. I asked for a blow dry and they did a really bad job and said that it's becoz my hair is dry....i told them I could do a better job at home. The blow dry took almost 2 hours because the stylist stopped more than 10 times to accommodate other customers. Me and every member of my family were customers for decades. It's good to say we're not going back there.

I cannot recommend Karkafi Hari at Sharjah enough - I had a fabulous experience. Amazing service. I got custom-made extensions prepared by an expert colourist on site that matched my hair colour and texture perfectly...within 30 minutes! And I got some great complementary gifts to boot! Such a warm and friendly staff too. Can't wait to return!
