I've ordered the 360 phone holder at jopsters uae just 5 days ago. And I am using this product for a few days.. The phone holder is hard to extend to a 6 inches phones or tablet, as the spring inside is slipping off. So, I suggest you guys to check the size of your phone or tablet first(the smaller the better), before considering this item
I ordered from Jopters skeptically. I loved the product but the product toy car was not working. I approached them, there staff was kind to address my issue and send me replacement. My replacement is on the way. Keep it up
I bought an Item Foldable Desktop Phone Stand and very disappointed with the quality. The item is totally different from what they advertised on the site. The build quality is very poor and for the price you will receive better quality stuff in market. When I complained to their team they blocked me from the messenger. PLEASE AVOID them Hello there You never offered a refund but insisted on paying for the change of colors. The case of blackmailing is a blatant lie and I challenge you to provide screen shot of the "continuous blackmail" you are claiming. Please withdraw your statements and arrange for the item to be picked up and provide with full refund. Update : 12 04 21 15:43 As you continuously accusing of blackmail when nothing of that sort happened, I am forced to publish the Chat transcript between me and your support staff which will clearly show the communication. Now you decide who should be apologising here. Again when issues are raised by customers blocking them off demonstrates your non cooperation to support the customer. it was delivered one day after i ordered it, i was hoping for a red color :(
I bought the foldable waste bin yesterday. Saw the ad for it. I ordered "cash on delivery" because I had many disappointments buying on line and finding later it was fraud. The delivery terms were 3-5 days. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call this morning that they will deliver today, and true to their word they delivered in 2 hours time. The item was exactly as advertised, great quality. I am really happy and impressed by the service. Thank you and keep it up.
