Customer service Accurate measurements Affordable (kind of) - Low quality Very very Bad finishing Bait and switch tactics Late (Corona time; understandable) They edited the furniture on site with a SAW and left it unpolished. Very unprofessional. However decent overall, but not recommended if you can afford to step up. 2/5, 3/5 only for customer service. Attention to detail is important and they need to improve upon that.
