It is worst insurance company i ever tried in my 14 yeasr in UAE I have comprehensive insurance but the didn't cover everything. Even when i was talking to the insurance employee he was not listening to me and only repeating the carage will fix everything . Also I paid from my pocket extra for spareparts 290 AED because it was not included in insurance report If I can rate it without a single star i will do it. Note: the carage was helpful but he can't buy spare parts if it is not in insurance report.
They will never pick the call. So better avoid them Useless staff !!!!
Service is ok . But the Garriage recommend was very bad.
