This is the first time we try Hatam at Sahara Mall, and honestly i wasn't impressed with the food as they told me, the place has its own corner at the food court, and looks nice from outside, however the food isn't delicious as it looks in the menu. we have ordered a mix grill plate for 3 person, it comes with a mix rice plate. the rice ok, however the grill wasn't so good. their service is below average and they are over priced comparing to similar places.

Worst experience! Would not recommend to anyone. Grills were dry and reheated. No soup served along with the food Mix grill platter Aed 183.50 Water Aed 10.50 Total Aed 200 No Iranian bread...served Lebanese pita bread. No dips.. Only rocca leaves and feta cheese 3 small portions of mix flavoured rice Staff not very cordial. Overall a disappointing experience. Such restaurants should not be open if they can't give the real deal.

I hope that there is an option to give zero or negative score.. I ordered main dish steak with rice. The steak was burnt.. The dish serving was bad.. The portion is to small compared with the price... The side dish was lentils soup.. The worst soup i ate ever.. It was not hot and the bread same served not hot...ordered yoghurt also 82 dirhams paid for one person meal.. With the same money u can buy family meal from any other resturant. Not recommended

The food is good but the service is very bad After I finish my food I ask my extra food for delivery varies to kind of food fish With the French fries and chicken with rice he put it together all on one plate This is not acceptable with good restaurant
Been many times before and took my Dad for lamb chops and biryani. First time was good every time after that was horrible. Went twice in the past week and there is no biryani although it says there is in menu, rice always changes even though we order the same thing and bread wasn’t even hot and was obvious it was already cooked and heated up again. Fattoush salad was old, lettuce leaves were brown and there was barely any pomegranate sauce on it. Today was the last time we will be eating there and I’ll be telling all my friends not to go there again.
