Just had super star beef burger with regular fries and drinks. I chose this burger as the display said it was the most popular and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy and had a unique flavour. There were lot of sauces in it and it added to the richness. The fries could have been a bit more flavourful though it had a nice texture. Appreciate if they could do some R&D in developing a wrap that can withstand the juicy sauces so that things wouldn’t get messy.

Worse attentive with the batch number 160 staff at sharaha centre mall. You order something and get something else! Treating arabic speaking people in another way and others in another perspective. Why such partial ? Everyone comes for the brand hardees. Treat equal whether 5Dhs or 50Dhs. No glove in hands. No enough hygiene.

worst experience with hardees online got delivery issue before. delay of 2 hours. contact customer service then delivered. now no delivery for 3 hours but they cannot find my order but online payment been made

Low rating because of the terrible attitude by one of the Arab staff. I don't know his nationality or his name, but I have never seen a person taking orders with so much attitude. I've met many other Arab staffs at different outlets who make sure the customer has a great time and chat well with them. Usually they're very friendly people. This particular guy had a really bad attitude though. Not spoiling the whole thing, we just came here for curly fries and we loved it :) We had it spicy and got an extra cheese dipping. It's a nice comfort food.
