Hygiene is a must and this branch lacks it. Employees are overpacked in the store, all being involved in the food preparation (in addition to the delivery guy). Employees are wearing masks which is good but the gloves they use to prepare the food is the same glove they use to touch their masks, touch all kinds of screens, and touch all surfaces. Now no matter how clean is the surface, this doesn't say you can use the same pair of gloves for everything you touch including tomatoes, cheese and meat. I will not even go through the cleanness of tables (inside or outside the store). Other than that, filling the fries to the size ordered seems to be an issue. Fries that are ordered for takeaway are overfilled, while those ordered in store are barely half fulled! If I order a large fries, I expect a large one definitely not a small or medium. Otherwise, why would I order the large size?! Why do you offer sizes if all your fries are filled up with the same amount! Or maybe depending on who is filling them. Last thing I want to mention, is the staff. I am not aware of their exact working hours, but they look really tired and exhausted. I hope this reaches the higher management to reconsider the working shifts at this store. I am pretty sure some of them will not be able to complain as this might be their only source of living but we are humans and we need some rest. I will not post pictures of the staff, but I have them on my phone for reference.

The curly fries is the best of all, can be found here. Cordon bleu sandwich is ok, but the spicy chicken loader is average.

Food is great, ambiance is awesome but one thing i am sad about, crew are not friendly. The voice are cold and seem tired. Hope next time we visited hardees, people are more lively to serve.
