Went with my daughter for eftar on the 24th of June , we paid 80 derhams / person for an open buffet . As we arrived about 5 minutes late for eftar ( Maghreb) , food was almost gone and cold. Food quality was below average plus there was no food to choose from except what was left , which was not enough anyway . Deserts were very good . Service was very bad, staff was always under pressure from customers complaints and they need to recruit more staff . Venue was ok , but there were lots of angry customers . Abu Shakra restaurants are well known for the quality of the Egyptian food they provide , but this branch was an exception .
