Not very cooperative, nobody seems to clear about my problem of returning deposit, secondly online services are very vague,not working from last four weeks and nobody seems ready to answer my request even though I am having all the relevant documents of my claim.

Very bad service i got from immigration.not even ready to listen my problem in counter.I don't know arabic.When I am trying explain they are just ignoring me ane saying go..go.I am requesting the officials to listen my problem and give my right to live.Its my humble request.

Very very bad employees. They are very rude. Speaks to expats in a downgraded manner. Office starts at 8 am and none of the employees are still available even after almost 1 hour. This center is the most worst government office lately.

Very bad service. They don’t even talk with you properly. I will not even give them 1 star. All the staff are very rude and misbehave. Zero star for their service. I hope i don’t come here again. Sharjah government should take action against them.

whenever we call your local telephone line it's shows disconnected what kind of services sharjah government providing or just simply hiding all workers to answer the customers calls. if we can't get the answer then how will proceed our documents or may be goernment expecting from us to do the error and government can steal our money by adding the fines and other rubbish excuses very good service very impressive..... shamed to all department of sharjah.
