The call center is not helpfull at all, appointments for service is really far and if you need information about your vehicle it will take a week to get it over the phone. I referred that I bought Mercedes.

Gargash can not cope anymore with the increasing number of cars. lack of efficiency is apparant. Half day required to change engine oil !!!!
