Impressive service to be honest. I visited for collection of Emirates ID and things was done in no time. I think things are more organized and fast rather than the previous visit of mine couple of years before. I have visited just for collection of Emirates ID only so my review is based on the same. Free Parking for customers is available inside the premises itself, this makes visit more comfortable and hassle free , parking is huge enough that you will find a spot, it is mentioned half an hour parking for customers and I don’t think anyone will take more time than that here to compete something. Photocopy facilities are available inside, token system is there, toilet facilities available and an ADIB atm was also seen in the parking lot just outside building exit.
