UPDATE: The branch has finally been upgraded with smiling personal and helpful attitude. I can finally do my postage related things there with ease and even with much help. This change took place 4, months ago (maybe around end October 2019) and it is very pleasing to know. SEPT 2019 Every time I go there, there is either no stamps, or not the ones that I needed. The only reason I am still going there is because my mail box is there. I am definitely mot renewing my mail box there. EPG, PLEASE MONITOR THIS BRANCH OF YOURS!

Employees are too patients and helpfulness also they have a very patient’s manager he can solve any problem if you have or you need any help, he will help you before leaving a branch. Many times I went there to do a transfer request from one branch to another and after following up in a couple of days I get to know that no request has been made in the first place. This issue has happened more than once and I keep wasting time waiting for the transfer to happen
