Today I visited there for covid-19 test. It is on 2nd floor and have to use stairs, a part of stairs is dark (no light). Lab was not clean (dusty floor) and on the counter people were not caring about the safe distance. Lab's phone were ringing continuously and no one was attending. Worst part, the staff taking swap was not wearing any protector gear except gloves.

They are really not professional, not responding to any call, trying to call many many time with respond. They are not precise in their appointment. the place is congested and not organized. for covid test you need to take the stair for four floors. they are telling results come with short time, but this not true. I do not recommend them لأ أنصح بهم

Ridiculous service at all. I ll suggest tobthe peoples plz dont go there. Un ethical and unprofessional staff. They r taking the money without acknowledgement. After that no one is giving response.

Worst service ever. They don't only ignore sending you your results, they don't even pick up the phone when you call. I called them like 50 times, and to no avail. Never going back there again
