Quality of the product is very bad never buy sofas they don't give warranty to the cushions and the cushions and the sofa is having very poor quality. Never buy from Danube. Quality of the products is pathetic and warranty is only for 6 months and its just for name sake. Never buy Lara sofa its pathetic. They are showing Lara is back and all their products is second quality only

All Danube Home showrooms in the UAE are having a massive end-of-the-year sale with up to 90 percent off on everything. I visited the Sharjah Danube Home (since I live in Sharjah) and was super wowed by my experience. From the start, full SOPs were followed by the staff with masks, social distancing and so on. The staff were on hand to help and suggest. The assortment and variety on offer was awesome. I found a coffee server that is perfect for that special occasion coffee. I also found a soup server, again, fancier than for daily use, to use for that special occasion. Payment is easy here, lines are organized, the store has the best customer service of any home store I have visited. I will definitely be visiting Danube Home again and again for all of my home and garden needs. This is one sale you just CANNOT miss!

Never buy from Danube one of my Friend recently bought this Lara Right/Left Reversible Corner Sofa, its pathetic quality and all their products are of poor quality. never buy from Danube. Sofa cushions are not covered under warranty and it will get damage after 3 months from the date of delivery never buy never buy from Danube pathetic quality and service

Worst customer Care . Purchased goods above 1500 Aed from them which was supposed to have free delivery option. The sales representative mistakingly put them as customer pick up and then had to personally go their to sort out issue as call back customer care were not helpful at all. The floor supervisor promised to deliver it within four days . I am still waiting for delivery and all call backs to customer care for updates have been useless. Customer care provided to me a landline number which unfortunately is always Busy. My 2nd sales order SO21024624 shows clearly at bottom that the other sales order SO21024570 was to be delivered by Danube .

Unreliable service. They say the item is in stock on website. When I go to the store and pay for the item, I have to wait for 4 working days. On the third working day, the store informs that I have to wait for another 3 more days... When I raise the concern with the customer care person on toll free number, the lady does not have any patience and has no information. It is a waste of time. Going to cancel this order and get my money back.

Purchased order number 000029303 from the online store. They don't let you know the delivery date before you buy. then when I called 8003131, they said delivery is from 7 to 10 working days. Although delivery value is paid and not free. I requested to refund my money and to cancel the order, they said wait from 7 to 10 days to process your refund. I requested to talk to the manager, they said he is not available. We will send him a request to call you. Until now no one called. Don't trust the brand. They are not customer service oriented.

Never buy sofa from Danube quality is very bad, There is a pathetic brand called Lara sofa (Lara Right/Left Reversible Corner Sofa ). Never buy this its pathetic poor quality, cushions will be damaged after a month and cushions are not covered under warranty. Never buy from Danube poor quality and poor service

Quality of the products is pathetic and 6 months warranty is fake. I purchased a sofa named Lara and after 2 months entire fabric of the cushions including the seater damaged. Never buy Lara sofa in adv. they will show Lara is back but that is having poor quality, and all their sofas is pathetic
